April Favourites| AilishElizabeth

Hey guys, today I will be doing my April Favourites, before I begin I would just like to say sorry for not uploading for just over a week, it was just because on Monday I had a tooth took out and because of that I was just sleepy and felt sick over the weekend before that and also I had a lot of homework this week so I could not upload any blog posts. So, here are my April favourites...

My first favourite is a lip gloss and you can see in the picture above it is Tanya Burr's lip gloss, I got it in the shade "First Date", I did want either "Afternoon Tea" or "Aurora", however the Superdrug I went to did not either of them in stock so I got "First Date". I am actually glad I got that shade because I think it is the perfect colour for spring and summer, it is a super cute pink colour, kind of pastel ish. I really love this lip gloss so if you want a pink lip gloss for summer I really think you should get this one, and it smells like strawberries.

I have another lip product, however this is not a lip gloss, it is either a matt lip gloss or a liquid lipstick, you pick between the two. It is Collection Cream Puff Moisturising Lip Cream, in Fairy Cake. It is a lovely coral colour, and again is perfect for the spring and summer. The only thing I do not like about this is that when it fades it goes patchy and also it sometimes does leave your lips unmoisturised. But it goes on easily and looks super nice.

Next is the Rimmel London BB Cream, I have it in Very Light however I am not very pale I am just pale but the light was too dark on me. I have used this near enough every single day of April, I think I may have started using it at the end of March and I am only just now coming to the end of the tube, what personally I think is really good. I have done a review on this product so don't want to go into full depth about it, I will leave the review at the end, but all I will say is that it is a matt finish and leaves your skin looking very nice and doesn't look like you have layers and layers of foundation on.
Next is an eyeshadow duo, it is by NO 7 (Boots) however I don't know the shades as I got them the other year and for some reason do not have the shades on it. My favourite out of the two has got to be the gold/champagne one, it is a lovely colour for an everyday look, however if you apply it darker it will look great for night times. The second eyeshadow is a dark blue however it comes out more a mixture of blue and grey. I like to apply this to my crease and blend it with the other eyeshadow for a toned down smokey eye. I like to apply the eyeshadows with the Ted Baker angled brush, with that they just go on so easily.

I really like having my nails painted and in April I loved pastel colours on my nails so I have been wearing a nail varnish I got from Avon what is a pastel pink and surprisingly called "Pastel Pink", it is such a cute colour and again perfect for spring. But I really like having an accent nail so I decided on wearing my Barry M Matt nail varnish in "Mocha", I had been loving this colour in winter and wanted to wear it again and together the pink and brown look super nice.

If you saw my blog post on going shopping in Liverpool and the little haul at the end you would of known I bought this the other week, since then I have been using it none stop. I bought it from Primark for £1 and thought that I would only use it for a week and sick of the scent, however it is the total opposite, I use this every single day and love then scent. I like to use it after applying my make up as I hate the feeling of makeup on my hands and it cleans them really well and leaves my hands feeling so soft!

I am not normally a necklace person because I can never decide on which one I want, however the week before Easter I went to New Look and found this super cute necklace. It is a bit chunky, however it is not heavy at all and  it goes with nearly everything I own what is great!

I felt like I had to put this in as I went to see McBusted in April on Easter Saturday and bought the bracelet. Since I bought it, I think I have wore it every single day and it can be a bit irritating because of the glitter in it but you get use to it and it goes with everything.

Again, if you read my Liverpool day out post then you would also have seen this, it is my Mickey Mouse Tumbler. I got this from the Disney shop and since I bought it I have loved it.It is easier for me to drink out of because of my brace, I love it!

My final favourite is wavey hair, I have been loving it this past few weeks. It is great because my hair is getting some free time from heat and it just looks amazing for spring. I will hopefully be doing a tutorial on how to do it, even though it is super easy, but my past two hair tutorials have been my most viewed posts.
